At Vamos Paella we provide a beautiful tasting range of traditional tapas, providing a large selection to help you accommodate all of your guests.
We have years of experience in cooking that perfect paella. Try our paella catering services for your next party/ event. Best of all, we also take care of the setup and clean up.
About Me
Vamos Paella was set up by Melissa in 2011. After years of living and travelling in Spain, we decided to become paella caterers in the UK.
We’ve been cooking Spanish food for over 10 years at our beautiful Finca Los Chispos in Murcia where we cook paella over wood from the orange and lemon trees.
The ingredients we use
Only the Best
At its most basic level, catering is all about food. The best Spanish paellas always contain premium, quality ingredients with a generous ratio of protein to rice. You can choose from a wide variety of dishes, including seafood, meat, vegetarian and vegan.
Above all we happily accommodate dietary restrictions, such as, we will provide a smaller chicken and chorizo paella (meat only), if required, for those allergic to, or not wanting shellfish.
